CNN´s Future Cities series presented Helsinki impressively
CNN´s quadripartite Future Cities Series is a great advertisement for the city. The first part reports on how the city of Helsinki has won the battle to keep the city moving during heavy snowfall. The second part takes a look at the development of Helsinki´s vast underground and eco friendly program. The third part introduces Helsinki´s town planning and its design. The last part tells a story about darkness and its challenges to city dwellers. How people fight with bright light lambs, attitudes and joining different events. Formula one driver Heikki Kovalainen and prime minister Alexander Stubb are been interviewed in the program.
CNN´s reporters were impressed on Helsinki´s infrastructure and standard of living. Channel´s programs can be seen by viewers in over 212 countries and territories reaching one and half milliard people.
