Countryside flavors and organic food in a pop up restaurant milieu!
Restaurant Nokka brings the best flavors from the Finnish countryside to Helsinki for a weekend! The restaurant organizes a market consisting of the products of small farm producers next weekend, on the 3rd-4th of September between 12pm-5pm. The market will be located in the lounge and back room of the restaurant.
Among others, restaurant Nokka’s V.I.P. producers (Very Important Producer) will be presenting their products and giving some samples of them. The products sold are organic.
The event agrees very well with the values of restaurant Nokka, which strives to promote Finnish local food of small farm producers by using only the best of ingredients.
On Saturday fish expert Kari Nyberg will be present, and he will guide visitors in how to prepare and clean fish. Restaurant Nokka’s head chef will be preparing fish treats on the spot after Nyberg has cleaned the fish.
The small farm market is intended to be an annual tradition. This year three new local producers will be presented.
