Block party at the Torikortteli quarters
Helsinki has a beating heart! Torikorttelit (Tori Quarters) is the “new old town” which is located between the Senate Square and the Market Square. On Saturday August 18, at 3 pm – 9 pm there is a block party at the Katariinankatu street with jazzmusic, indiebands, wannabe-ballerinas and outdoor cinema.

4-6 pm at the Govinius courtyard: outdoor cinema and soap bubbles
4:45-5 pm the Wannabe Ballerinas; fairy tales at Rosebud bookstore; urbanstory and living space helsinki: street drawings and yardplays
All the shops, cafés and restaurants in the area are open until 5/9 pm.
