The “Crab Attack” exhibition with exciting crabs from all over the world. The stars of the exhibition are three giant Japanese Spider Crab, world’s largest arthropods. These three amazing wonder creatures can live up to100 years – our crabs are between 10- 20 years old.

The new exhibition is in every way unique, as the tank themselves look like huge crabs, kids can even crawl under two of the tanks and look into a tank under neat one of the tanks. The different interactivities make the visit even more interesting.

In addition to the Japanese spider crabs there are fiddler crabs, a palm thief, Norway lobsters and spiny lobsters in the exhibition. There is also a vampire discovery pool, which allows visitors to get real close to the vampire crabs. The new crabs complement the vast range of crustaceans already in the centre. The other crustaceans are cleaner shrimps, lobsters, hermit crabs and horseshoe crabs.
